For new accounts, the first year is free.

The annual fee of $150 may be waived if the client meets any one of the following criteria:

• Client relationship has a market value of at least $500,000
• Client makes average direct deposits of $1,000 per month/$12,000 per year for the 12-month period preceding the charge date
• Client has a fee-based account through Ambassador, Opportunity, Passport or IMPAC
