Debt Capital Markets

Targeted solutions, powerful distribution.

The Raymond James Debt Capital Markets team works closely with issuers across all sectors, including first-time issuers and those with complex situations, to raise public debt capital for our clients. Our origination capabilities span investment grade, high yield and structured products.  We oversee identifying the proper deal structure, offering format and marketing strategy to optimize deal execution. Raymond James has one of the largest institutional sales forces in the United States, with over 200 professionals located throughout the country. This enables us to reach a significantly larger number of institutional investors when marketing new-issue transactions, including many small- and mid-sized investors often overlooked by larger firms.
