Paul Steinhauser joined Raymond James & Associates in 1996 and currently serves as Senior Managing Director, Head of Institutional Sales. Mr. Steinhauser has been responsible for managing the institutional equity sales department since 1999. Additionally, he serves on the Capital Markets Commitment Committee. Previously, Mr. Steinhauser served as CEO of Raymond James Financial International, the firm’s U.K. broker- dealer, and was instrumental in the development of the firm’s European equity business. Mr. Steinhauser began his equity sales career at Adams, Harkness & Hill Associates, Inc., where he covered institutional accounts based in Boston and on the West Coast. Prior to joining Adams, Harkness & Hill, Mr. Steinhauser was a consulting engineer for the firm of Wiss, Janney, Elstner & Associates for nine years. Mr. Steinhauser holds a B.S. degree in civil engineering from Princeton University.
