Craig McDougall

Craig McDougall joined Raymond James in 2014 from National Bank Financial, where he was head of the mergers and acquisitions group for the last 17 years. He was previously a managing director at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, and prior to that in the corporate finance group at Ernst & Young. Mr. McDougall has extensive experience on advising management teams and their board of directors over numerous industry groups in both hostile and friendly transactions. Mr. McDougall is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountant (Ontario) and a member and Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Charted Business Valuator. He is past president and board member of the CICBV Institute.
