The Raymond James Aviation practice offers capital raising and M&A advisory services to air carriers and related businesses. Our investment banking clients are primarily passenger airlines, including low-cost carriers, major airlines, regional and specialty carriers, and airlines in high-growth markets outside the U.S. The practice also has experience in related sectors such as air cargo, business aviation, ground services and loyalty programs. We have completed more than 40 equity financings and M&A transactions in the sector since 2000, as well as private equity financings for airlines at pre-IPO scale.
