H&R Block® Users
You can import tax data from your Raymond James brokerage accounts directly into the H&R Block® program. Tax data imports include the information from Forms 1099-B, 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, 1099-OID and 1099-R. Downloading your tax data into the software assists you in automating the process of having to determine which information needs to be entered into specific fields in the H&R Block® software.
To use the service, simply follow the steps outlined below by choosing Raymond James & Associates, Inc. or Raymond James Bank from the Financial Institution drop-down menu in H&R Block®, then enter the account number and document identification number printed on your composite Form 1099 statement as directed. This “key” provides access to your 1099 tax forms.
Please note: Form 1099-MISC must be entered in manually. Please refer to your 1099 package for more detailed information. It is extremely important that you verify information imported by H&R Block against your own records to ensure accurate and complete reporting of all required tax information.
