Karen Saron
Karen Saron has been with Raymond James since 2002, when she started as an analyst in Municipal Finance. She moved into the Structured Finance space starting with projects in the Military Housing Privatization Initiative sector.
More recently, Karen has been working on projects that involve Credit Tenant Loans including single tenant commercial buildings as well as federal leases (GSA/VA). Early in her career, Karen was an assistant vice president of CM&M Group, Inc., later HSBC, in New York City, where she worked as an economist forecasting specific economic indicators as well as providing an overview of the overall economic conditions and outlook. These forecasts were used by the trading desk as well as clients of the firm to take positions in the fixed income markets.
Karen earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science with honors in business administration from the University of Florida. She is a registered Series 7, Series 53, and Series 63 representative.
