John Colvin

John Colvin is vice president, director of acquisitions, Southeast region for Affordable Housing Investments and is responsible for property acquisitions in the Southeastern region of the U.S. Prior to joining Raymond James, John worked for a large regional bank where he was responsible for tax credit equity originations and construction lending throughout the Southeast. His commercial real estate background includes managing multifamily real estate developments, from underwriting through construction and stabilization. John received a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Alabama and an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
