Gwen Fisher

Gwen Fisher, chief financial officer, is responsible for executing the financial strategy for Raymond James Affordable Housing Investments, Inc., and overseeing financial and tax reporting for its tax credit and preservation entities. She joined Raymond James Affordable Housing Investments, Inc., in 2006. Prior to assuming her current role in January 2023, Gwen served most recently as vice president of accounting, responsible for executing treasury functions for capital billing from investors and cash movement, oversight of federal and state tax reporting for funds, document procurement and accounts payable and assisted senior management with corporate reporting. During her tenure, Gwen also held roles as senior director of accounting, tax director and manager of investor reporting, where she worked with investors, CPAs and developer partners to fulfill contractual reporting obligations. Prior to 2006, Gwen spent 10 years in the insurance industry, including two years with the Raymond James Insurance Group. She holds a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of South Florida and is a licensed CPA.
