Todd Barnes
Todd joined Raymond James in February 2015. Prior to joining Raymond James, he served as managing director and manager of the Atlanta Public Finance office for Robert W. Baird & Co. from 2009-2015. Prior to Baird, Todd spent 16 years in the public finance group at A.G. Edwards & Sons. He has been an investment banker specializing in municipal bond financings for Georgia issuers for the past 37 years. Todd has helped many Georgia school districts accomplish their financing goals, from general obligation sales tax financings to more complex structures, including lease purchase financings and Qualified School Construction Bonds. Some of his clients include: Bryan County School District, Bulloch County School District, Butts County School District, Clarke County School District, Dawson County School District, Dougherty County School District, Haralson County Schools, Hart County School District, Heard County Schools, Henry County School District, Oconee County School District, Union County Schools, as well as many more. Todd is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. He currently holds the Series 7, Series 50, Series 53 and Series 63 securities licenses.
