Andy Schwartz

Andy Schwartz joined Raymond James in 2020 as Managing Director and Co-head of the Commercial & Industrial Services group for the Diversified Industrials practice. Prior to Raymond James, Mr. Schwartz was a senior banker in the Business Services group at Lincoln International where he led M&A and capital raising transactions in the facilities & industrial services, environmental & waste services, utilities & infrastructure services and rental services sectors, among others. He has worked on behalf of leading private equity funds, private companies and public company clients. Prior to Lincoln International, Mr. Schwartz held private equity and investment banking roles at American Capital and Piper Jaffray. Mr. Schwartz received a BBA degree from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and his MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
